Stages of Proof Reading

  1. Read it to yourself (silently and then out aloud)

  2. Make any corrections

  3. Ask a buddy to read it

  4. Make any corrections


Use Wordle http://www.wordle.net/create to check if you have used the same word too many times

Did you know that once you have generated your Wordle you can go to the Language menu item and turn on 'Do not remove Common Words'

At the end of the Language menu item is Word Count. CLick on that and you can see how many times you have used the same words.
